These moves are great because they target those trouble zones (thighs, butt, abdominals) that can make the fast approaching bikini season seam frightening. But, fear no more!! Pick ten moves that you think will be challenging for you. Then, complete each move 15-20 times. Go through that same routine 2 more times. Trust me, you will feel it and if you do this 3 times a week you will definitely start seeing results! You can do it!
