Hey! Sorry this is late. Here it is though- the week three workout. I can not take credit for this. I found it online and tried it last week. I absolutely love it. It is very challenging but so worth it! You will need a tile or wood floor and a washcloth for under each foot for certain moves. Complete moves 1-12 for the listed repetitions/time.
