Fitness is everything to me. I would encourage everyone to embrace it or at least try it! At the end of the day it is the one thing I can do for myself to help me de-stress, feel happy, strong and confident.  Every time you challenge your body you are making yourself stronger, and in turn, you can feel more confident.  I like to believe that strength is beauty.  Strength is not only muscular, but it comes from within.  Strength is the ability to push yourself mentally and physically.  Fitness allows us gal’s to do just that! So take some time to check out my weekly fitness tips, videos and workouts. You will be surprised how strong you are both physically and mentally when you take a step outside your comfort zone. YOU CAN DO IT!
